Thought i would share progress of my 1976 Triumph TR7 restoration. The car is well known as the Birtwistle car due to the fact that he drove it at MIRA on the 40th Anniversary of the cars start of production.

It's been hidden away for a few years but now is the time to get it done.

Back from the blasters, if you have any peas to strain I'm your man. Blasting has brought up a few hidden secrets. It's now up to Rob, Sorry.

Engine now ready for the rebuild. Block cleaned and painted. Water pump clearance checked and new gasket of the correct thickness fitted. Awaiting so.e parts to arrive next week.
